The Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation provides scholarships to brothers awarded on the basis of need for financial assistance, merit, leadership, and citizenship. Scholarship awards must be applied to tuition and tuition-related expenses as defined by the Tax Reform Act of 1986. Such expenses include tuition and fees required for enrollment or attendance at the educational organization and fees, books, supplies and equipment required for courses of instruction. Phi Gamma Delta unites men in enduring friendships, stimulates the pursuit of knowledge, and builds courageous leaders who serve the world with the best that is in them.
A multi-level member development experience begins on the first day of affiliation. It extends throughout the undergraduate experience designed to help brothers build and strengthen the skills necessary for Courageous Leadership.

From Colorado Springs. I am a first-year majoring in Mechanical Engineering with an Electrical Engineering minor and Aerospace focus. I joined Fiji during my first semester of college with the Lambda Tetarton class. I was the brotherhood chair starting in the fall up to my election and president during my second semester. I enjoy volleyball, piano, and skiing. An ideal graduate connection would be in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering.
From Colorado Springs, Colorado, I am a Sophomore in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF. I love being with the brothers, and am now proud to serve as Corresponding Secretary of the chapter, to help spread awareness of our chapter and involvement in our communities. My hobbies include rock climbing and playing board games.
From Colorado Springs, Colorado. I am a sophomore in computer science with a focus on business. I joined Fiji to step out of my comfort zone and since I've joined I've loved being a part of a brotherhood that cares about me and my success. I wanted to run for cabinet to both give back to my brothers and serve them any way I can. My hobbies include rock climbing, board games, and video games.
From Denver CO, I will be pursuing 2 degrees of CS and EE here in my time at CSM. I am currently attending Mines as a Second year and really enjoy the people I have gotten to meet and the atmosphere through FIJI. I intend on making a complete chapter archive as Historian, and I am an avid enjoyer of food science and reading.
From Colorado Springs. I'm a first year, majoring in Computer Science, focusing on Data Science. I joined Fiji my first semester and it has been one of the best investments of my life. I was appointed as a social chair, noticed the lack of campus events, and made great strides to improve this. I am now very proud to be serving as the Corresponding Secretary and am eager to see what I can do next.

The Fraternity is committed to the elimination and prevention of hazing. We have embarked on a comprehensive Hazing Prevention Plan intended to rethink our approach to new member education, engage interested constituencies and, ultimately, work to eliminate hazing from our chapters.
We here at the Gamma Kappa chapter of Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) strive to create a safe and welcoming community here at the Colorado School of Mines. We openly welcome any student into our community regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, origin, socioeconomic status, and physical, psychological, or neurological condition, and we aim to make Greek life and campus as a whole an accepting and supportive environment. We wholeheartedly believe in the above, but we must address the fact that FIJI is not a co-ed organization. We are allowed to welcome individuals who identify as males, as per our international bylaws; however, we believe that there is no correct or incorrect way to “identify as male.” Gender identity is a complicated phenomenon that is different for each individual, and we wholly welcome transgender and genderqueer individuals who fall under the umbrella of males to become brothers of Phi Gamma Delta. When anyone from our chapter along their journey discovers that they are not male, we continue to love and support them as sisters or compatriots of our fraternity.
